COVID Alert NJ is a free and secure mobile phone app that allows New Jerseyans to use it to complement New Jersey’s comprehensive COVID-19 contact tracing effort.
What you can do with the app:
Use the COVID Alert NJ App to track the status of your exposure to COVID-19 and be notified of your potential exposure to the virus. If you test positive, you will be notified and the person who gave you the positive test result will be notified as well.
Use the COVID Alert NJ App to alert other users whom you were in close contact with if you tested positive.
Use the app to get advice on what to do to protect yourself and others.
Use the app to reach public health representatives and be connected with support services.
